In the first stage, you will learn the technical fundamentals required to perform an electric file manicure safely and professionally.
You will learn how to:
- understand how an electric file is constructed and how it works;
- distinguish between different types, shapes, and levels of bit abrasiveness;
- select the correct bit for each specific task;
- choose the appropriate speed and direction of rotation;
- control pressure and bit position;
- hold the electric file correctly and position your hand properly;
- avoid overfiling, overheating, and damage to the nail plate;
- perform essential electric file techniques confidently and safely.
This stage will give you the essential technical foundation for mastering professional electric file manicure techniques.
Stage 2. Electric File Manicure
Professional Electric File Manicure Techniques

In the second stage, you will progress from individual electric file skills to performing a complete electric file manicure.
You will learn how to:
- analyze the condition of the skin and cuticle;
- select the appropriate technique based on each client’s individual needs;
- work with different skin and cuticle types;
- properly lift and open the cuticle pocket;
- clean the lateral nail folds;
- remove the cuticle carefully;
- avoid cuts, overfiling, and excessive thinning of the skin;
- perform a clean and safe electric file manicure;
- analyze your results and correct technical mistakes.
Stage 3. Gel Manicure
Nail Preparation and Long-Lasting Gel Application

In the third stage, you will master the entire gel manicure process—from analyzing the natural nail plate to completing the final application.
You will learn how to:
- identify the condition and characteristics of natural nails;
- properly prepare the nail plate;
- understand product properties;
- select products based on the type and condition of the nails;
- prevent lifting and chipping;
- apply and distribute the product correctly;
- level the product;
- create proper nail architecture;
- control the thickness and shape of the application;
- analyze the causes of poor product wear;
- create a neat, durable, and long-lasting application.
More Than Video Lessons: Complete Training with Hands-On Practice
Gel Manicure System includes mandatory practical assignments that help you develop and reinforce each new skill step by step.
After certain lessons, you will be required to complete an assignment and upload photographs of your work to the learning platform. The requirements for each assignment, the number of photographs needed, and the upload instructions are explained in detail within the corresponding lesson.
The program also includes knowledge-check questions to ensure that you have understood the material correctly.
Each of the three stages concludes with a mandatory final assignment.
Personal Review of Your Work by an Instructor
Every practical assignment included in the program is reviewed by an instructor.
You will receive written feedback on every assignment you submit. If the instructor identifies mistakes, she may mark them directly on your uploaded photographs and explain in detail:
- what the mistake is;
- why it occurred;
- how to correct it;
- what to focus on when completing your next assignment.
If an assignment requires corrections, you will be able to redo it and submit it again.
Each assignment will be accepted only after the required result has been achieved. This ensures that you do more than simply watch the lessons—you truly master the techniques and learn how to apply your knowledge in practice.
How the Training Works
The training is entirely online. You can watch the lessons, complete practical assignments, and upload your work at a time that is convenient for you, from anywhere in the world.
The program includes stop lessons. This means that after certain lessons, you must complete a mandatory assignment. The following lessons will become available only after the instructor has reviewed and accepted your work.
Assignment review and feedback may take up to three business days. For this reason, you should progress through the program consistently and avoid postponing your practical assignments until the final weeks of access.
You will receive 9 months of access to the complete program. During this period, you can return to previously studied materials and rewatch any lessons you have already unlocked.
International Students Chat
When you enroll in Gel Manicure System, you will also receive access to our private International Students Chat, available exclusively to students enrolled in our paid programs.
The chat brings together nail professionals from different countries. You can communicate with fellow students, share your experience and progress, discuss the learning process, and support one another throughout your training.

Three Stages—Three Certificates
After successfully completing each stage and having your final assignment accepted, you will receive a separate certificate.
Upon completing the full program, you can receive:
- an E-File 101 certificate;
- an Electric File Manicure certificate;
- a Gel Manicure certificate.
That is a total of three certificates, confirming your successful completion of every stage of Gel Manicure System.

Anastasia has worked in the nail industry since 2004 and has trained nail professionals since 2007. She is an INES judge, an INJA member, a participant in international professional projects, and the author of educational materials for nail professionals from different countries.
Gel Manicure System is based on Anastasia’s many years of practical and teaching experience, as well as her systematic approach to identifying and correcting mistakes.

Elinda Tollefsjord is an educator at Nails Pro Academy and a former Academy student. She holds multiple professional certifications, including Electric File Manicure and Gel Manicure, as well as Intermediate and Advanced Nail Sculpting certifications in both acrylic and gel.
Elinda reviews students’ practical assignments, provides detailed written feedback, identifies mistakes, and explains how to correct them. She also participates in the private International Students Chat and answers questions related to the training.
